Adam Rahey DO(Qc) RMT

Adam is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and Registered Massage Therapist. He began his journey into the field of manual therapy by completing a 2200 hour Massage Therapy Diploma at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Halifax. From there he decided to further his knowledge and pursue his education in the field of Osteopathy where he attended the College d’Etudes Osteopathique de Montreal obtaining his Diplome d’Osteopahtie du Quebec DO (QC). He has been a practicing Osteopath since 2017 and a Registered Massage Therapist since 2013.

Adam is a member in good standing with the Nova Scotia Association of Osteopaths (NSAO), Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO), and the Massage Therapy Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS).

As a gymnast of 21 years, Adam’s interest in manual therapy started at a young age through his experience receiving treatment from different physiotherapists and a chiropractor. He knew early on that he was drawn toward the healthcare field. Throughout his college years Adam was also a seasoned lifeguard, lifesaving instructor and Instructor trainer with the Nova Scotia Lifesaving Society.

He finds pride in helping his patients discover their own path to achieving their goals through tissue manipulation and home care recommendations. He has completed continuing education courses annually in both the Osteopathy and Massage Therapy fields to help expand his knowledge for his patients.
